Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin B complex is the collective name for all B vitamins. Each B vitamin has specific properties and plays an important, unique role in the body.


They are important for cell metabolism and are needed for storage and breakdown of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

The human body cannot produce B vitamins by itself. We have to receive them via food.
